1. Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not completely happy, I will come back and fix the problem, no questions asked.
   If you are still not satisfied, I will pay a competitor of your choosing, to fix the problem. I will have 100% customer satisfaction.
2. Uniformed Employees: We believe in looking professional. When you trust us with your lawn, we will take pride in doing so.
   We will have clean and professional equipment and sharpened blades. We will always complete our 9-point checklist to ensure my standard is met every time.
3. Consistent Schedule: If you choose to be a weekly or bi-weekly customer, you will be put on a regular schedule.
   If you are scheduled for Thursdays, we will be there every Thursday. If there needs to be a change, we will notify you as soon as possible.
